The surface roughness Profilometer uses a contour midline as the evaluation standard. It uses six parameters: contour arithmetic average deviation Ra, shimmer unevenness ten-point height Rz, contour maximum height Ry, contour microscopic unevenness average spacing Sm, contour single peak average spacing S, profile support length rate tp, and six other parameters to evaluate the surface quality, and finally obtain the required surface roughness test instrument.

Technical features：
1-Three-axis Hall rocker control can freely realize three-axis linkage to make the operation more convenient (left, right, up and down, the
stylus is raised and lowered, and the measurement starts and stops with one key).
2- Automatic detection, repeated measurement, single product batch detection.
3- The stylus material is made of imported high-hardness alloy, which is wear-resistant and durable.
4. The software system is co-operated by university professors and senior professors of the Axis Research Institute, with independent property
rights and source codes, which can be upgraded for free for life.

Included angle: including horizontal angle, vertical angle, and included angle

Position tolerance: including parallelism and perpendicularity

Form tolerance: including straightness, convexity, and arc profile

Auxiliary generation: including auxiliary points, auxiliary lines, and auxiliary circles

The measurement principle of this instrument is the Cartesian coordinate measurement method, that is, through the X-axis and Z1-axis sensors, the
coordinate points of the surface contour of the measured part are drawn, and the coordinate point data measured by the sensor are transmitted to
the upper PC through the electrical components. Perform mathematical operations on the collected raw coordinate data and mark the required
engineering measurement items.
