1. The structural composition and optical principle characteristics of the video measuring instrument.

Video measuring instruments generally consist of six parts, including industrial equipment, lighting fixtures, length measurement, image collection, computers and detection systems. The optical principle of the video measuring instrument is very similar to that of a general projector. The difference is that the outline image of the tested object is received by the CCD sensor and collected and processed by the computer, while the image is immediately projected by the latter. When looking at the projection viewing screen, the outline is oriented towards the eyes of the worker, resulting in a large gap in measurement accuracy and automation capabilities between the two.


Video measuring instruments generally have a very large inspection range and are generally equipped with a (0.7@~4.5@) zoom eyepiece.
