Automatic video measuring instruments belong to electronic optical non-contact measurement. Compared with capacitive grid precise measurement coordinate measuring instruments, they are more suitable for precise measurement of thin film, easily deformed, easily damaged and small-sized product workpieces, such as precision measurement of product workpieces in fields such as glue, plastic, small hardware, clocks, and light industry. With the trend of technological development in the past two decades, the application scope of automatic video measuring instruments has been continuously expanding, and they can also carry out high-precision and accurate measurement of contour and surface appearance of various complex shaped flat product workpieces. l. Vibration avoidance



If the automatic video Measuring Instrument is subjected to additional peripheral vibrations, the measurement accuracy may decrease. When the frequency is below 10Hz, the amplitude of the surrounding vibration should not exceed 2 μ M (peak to peak error); When the frequency is between 10Hz and 50Hz, the instantaneous speed cannot exceed 0.4gal. If the vibration exceeds this limit, anti vibration measures should be taken (such as installing vibration dampers).



2. Cleanliness



The components of the automatic video measuring instrument must be dust-free. Although the dust cover of the handheld spectrometer has a certain safety protection effect on the video measuring instrument, the detector should be cleaned in a timely manner.



3. Switching power supply



Suitable for 90-264VAC, 47-63Hz, 10 ampere smooth switching power supply, ensuring the normal operation of all instruments and equipment.



4. Temperature



The natural environmental temperature should be maintained at 20 ℃± 1 ℃ as much as possible. Please do not adjust the precision of the equipment at higher or slightly lower temperatures. Otherwise, this detector cannot guarantee accuracy at 20 ℃.



5. Environmental humidity



Environmental humidity does not pose an immediate negative impact on measurement accuracy. However, high environmental humidity can cause rust on the surface of mechanical equipment, hindering smooth radial movement. Therefore, it is proposed to maintain the relative humidity of the air between 30% and 80%.



6. Sunshine exposure



The automatic video measuring instrument should not be placed in a natural environment with strong sunlight or direct sunlight, otherwise it may greatly endanger the measurement accuracy of the detector.
